You can make an appointment via the En Route clinics’ patient portal. Our professionals are availables for either in-person or phone appointments.

Patients who don’t have a family doctor in one of our clinics:

Our walk-in clinics dealing with minor emergencies are open to everyone. Patients who don’t have a family doctor can take an appointment over the phone by calling between 7:30 and 9 am or by calling Info-Santé 811 (option 3)
